ability to <b>interpret what is happening<\/b>.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">Read the convergences.<br>\nUnderstand the implications.<br>\nMake decisions with purpose.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">Because if everyone has access to the same tools,<br>\nthe difference is not made by technology.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">It is made by judgment.<\/p><p>Human First, now more than ever<\/p><p class=\"p2\">At Argency we believe this moment is not about choosing between human or technology.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">It is about designing systems where technology strengthens what is human, rather than replacing it.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">Where efficiency does not eliminate identity.<br>\nWhere scale does not dilute meaning.<br>\nWhere automation does not switch off creativity.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">SXSW 2026 left one idea consistent lessons from SXSW was that the main problem with AI is not technical.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">It has nothing to do with models, or tools, or more sophisticated prompts.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">It has to do with something far more structural:<br>\n<b>the way organizations are designed.<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p2\">The cases that really work are not the ones that implement AI best, but the ones that best understand:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\">the problem they are solving<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">the context in which they operate<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">and the people who are part of the system<\/li>\n<\/ul><p class=\"p2\">When you try to \u201cplug\u201d AI into old processes, it fails.<br>\nWhen the system is redesigned around it, it starts to generate class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p2\">Another profound \u2014and less obvious\u2014 change is the displacement of human value.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">For decades, work was associated with execution: producing, solving, delivering.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">Today, that is starting to be automated.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">What emerges as a differentiator is not the ability to do, but the ability to <b>think about how it is done<\/b>.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">Designing systems.<br>\nDefining criteria.<br>\nTranslating vision into rules.<br>\nBuilding logic.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">In other words: we went from being operators to being architects.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">And that is not a change of tools.<br>\nIt is a change of mindset.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9755664 ed-prose__h2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9755664\" optimize, predict.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">But there is something it still does not understand well:<br>\n<b>the unstructured world of the human.<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p2\">Emotion.<br>\nContext.<br>\nIntuition.<br>\nAmbiguity.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">And that is no small detail. It is the heart of many relevant decisions.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">That is why, as AI gains ground in execution, the most valuable capabilities start to be precisely the ones that cannot be easily automated:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\">judgment<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">sensitivity<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">critical thinking<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">real creativity<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">the ability to connect ideas<\/li>\n<\/ul><p class=\"p2\">The paradox is clear:<br>\n<b>the further AI advances, the more important the human class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p2\">One of the most uncomfortable themes running through SXSW was creativity.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">Not because AI cannot create.<br>\nBut because it can do it too easily.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">When friction disappears \u2014the doubt, the error, the process\u2014 part of the value of the result disappears too.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">And there a concrete risk appears:<br>\n<b>homogenization.<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p2\">Brands that look like one another.<br>\nIdeas without edge.<br>\nContent that is correct, but soulless.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">Along those lines, Argentines Martin Rabaglia and Franco Luca raised something very powerful: the real danger is not that AI replaces us, but that <b>it makes us generic<\/b>.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">When we all use the same tools, in the same way, with the same prompts, the result is inevitable:<br>\nan increasingly uniform world.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">Creativity, then, stops being a matter of execution.<br>\nIt becomes a matter of <b>judgment, culture and risk.<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><b>From trends to convergences: a new way of reading the future<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p2\">Another key change is how we understand what is coming.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">For years, companies worked with trends: isolated signals that indicated where the market might go.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">Today that falls short.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">What is starting to emerge is a system of <b>convergences<\/b>:<br>\ntechnology, biology, economy and society advancing at the same time and reinforcing one another.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">This has a direct implication:<br>\nthe future can no longer be read vertically (one industry), but horizontally (crossovers between industries).<\/p><p class=\"p2\">And that demands another kind of outlook.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">More systemic.<br>\nMore strategic.<br>\nLess linear.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
