A Christmas story. A purpose. A process.
To close out 2025, at Argency we wanted to tell a small Christmas story.
A story made with time and care, with humanity, and supported by today’s tools.
The short film we are sharing here is not just a year-end greeting.
In a few minutes it sums up something much deeper: our purpose as an agency.
We believe in the ideas that awaken emotions and make things happen.
Ideas that transform, connect and open the way toward a better world.
That is what we believe in.
And that is what we will keep believing in in 2026.
Behind the short film: learning, craft and team
During 2025 we set ourselves a concrete challenge: to train ourselves even further in Artificial Intelligence, but to do it with depth, judgment and creative responsibility.
Every area of the agency trained on specific tools.
And, on top of that, we went through one of the most intense learning processes of the year: a 4-month course, 4 hours a week, focused on the use of AI applied to creativity, audiovisual production and music production.
It was not only about learning tools.
It was about understanding how to use them, what for, when yes and when no.
During this year we also began opening these services to our clients, and we felt the best way to close that journey was with a concrete gesture: applying that learning to a Christmas short film.
The most important thing we confirmed in the process
The experience was very clear:
-
Artificial Intelligence is not magic
-
It is one more tool. A medium
-
Stories still come from ideas, people and work
Behind a short film like this one there is much more than what you see on screen:
-
clear ideas from the start
-
deep understanding of the tools
-
real understanding of the processes and their timing
-
iteration, trial and error
-
team coordination
-
a huge amount of curation and editing
-
human decisions that no technology makes on its own
Yes, there are aspects that can still improve: consistency, final quality, technical details.
But the essential is there: the idea first, then the craft, and only then technology coming along.
The human layer
The final layer —the emotional one— is still deeply human:
the voices, the music, the choirs, the rhythm, the sensitivity.
That cannot be automated.
It is built with experience, judgment and sensitivity.
We are sharing this backstage because we believe it is healthy to show how things are made, not only the result.
And because it reaffirms something we believe in strongly at Argency: teamwork, with a clear vision, is still irreplaceable.
Thanks to the whole team for the commitment, the time and the energy put into this project, which lived alongside the real agenda, the clients and the deliveries of the entire year.
That is part of the achievement too.
